Caroline Brown

LPC, Licensed Professional Counselor

At our Pearl Health Clinic-Rexburg location

Caroline is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a National Board-Certified Counselor (NCC). Passionate about working with clients experiencing behavioral and substance-related challenges, Caroline aims to raise awareness of the systemic cycles that impact individuals, families, and communities.

Grounded in an existential theoretical framework, Caroline applies Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to foster awareness and support clients in finding meaning throughout their experiences. She believes that, within a supportive and nurturing environment, all clients possess the capacity to achieve their goals. After earning her master’s degree in Marriage, Couple, and Family Counseling from Idaho State University, Caroline went on to pursue her doctorate in Counseling and Counseling Education. Her research focus encompasses addiction curriculum development and addressing the divide between training and treatment in addiction counseling. She is currently in her final semester and anticipates graduating in May. Beyond her professional pursuits, Caroline loves to spend time outdoors, where she can be found chasing after her two pups, Ghost, and Luna. Whether it’s hiking, dirt biking, mountain biking, or snowboarding, Caroline loves to embrace all four seasons of Idaho.
