Cynthia (she/her) is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She received her graduate degree in Counseling from Idaho State University.

Cynthia believes in creating a safe and empowering environment for those she has the opportunity to meet.  She works with adolescents and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, self-harm, suicidal ideation, trauma, abuse, and other mental health diagnoses. She works with people of all genders and orientations, and clients from diverse backgrounds including those who are part of marginalized communities or minority cultures. Cynthia works with those who are experiencing faith transitions. She is committed to learning and unlearning on a continual basis.

She enjoys traveling to other countries and gaining an appreciation for the strengths in diversity and culture. In her time not spent abroad, she can be found with her husband in the mountains backpacking, skiing, or soaking up the silence.
