Richie is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and member of the International Association for the Advancement of Gestalt Therapy. She practices from a holistic perspective, blending a combination of EMDR, Gestalt, Existential, Sand/Art/Play Therapy, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapies. Approaches are strengths-based and uniquely tailored to promote self-awareness, clarification of strengths and values, and to increase sense of purpose and meaning. Topics explored might include:

Richie graduated from the University of Idaho with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and then earned a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Idaho State University in 2013. She has been working in the mental health field for the past 15 years, gaining experience in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, bipolar, and ADHD. Richie honors the opportunity to provide a safe, supportive environment where participants can access their own capacity to heal, overcome barriers, and live a more meaningful, authentic life.
